Wednesday are almost always WOW days for me.

Friday, Friday! Sweet Friday!

Is every one having a pretty 'sweet' friday? 

(oh, my gosh... you know those moments where you're thinking of at least 8 things and then BAM the greatest idea hits you... then you rack your brain making sure you have all the stuff in your stash to complete the idea... yep, that JUST happened to me...lol.... so be on the look out for something pretty amazing in the next day or two... assuming the idea is as good in reality :)

Thursday! The week is 'Scootin' By'!!

I recently made a back to school type 'love' card... 

with the same color pallette as Kryssi's! 

I think it's a pretty popular palette these days! 

Especially with fall right around the corner... 

I stamped the small apple out of the

 'Core of it' set on green patterned paper.

Then added some Copic LOVE!

Quick Post, Exciting News

Tuesday! How the heck are ya? 

Here at Sweet Stamp Shop we have some exciting (bittersweet) news....

 Long story short...

Because of our growing needs (yippee, thanks to you all) and our Design Team Coordinators, Kryssi's, shrinking schedule... we're doing a bit of a switch-a-roo. Kryssi and her amazingness is still on board as a Sweet Tooth Girl... she's just passing the torch of coordinator to JULIE RANAE! Kryssi has done the most amazing job helping us form such an amazing group of girls and we're so pleased that she can stay on board... SO, we're so thankful that Julie is taking on the role and helping up move towards even greater success! 

So, without anything further... please give a big virtual hug to Kryssi for all her amazing leadership and help in the beginning. AND a big welcome to our very own Julie~

Down here in So. Cali it was really nice and relatively mild weather.

It's Finally Friday!

Finally Friday! 

I can't wait to tell you all about Ms. Savannah and her creative genius... both with a card and another video! Yippee! 


BUT, first... a little something personal...

Last night Jacob took me (in celebration of our anniversary) to see ADELE!

That's right! And she was ahhhh-mazing! One of THE best concerts I have ever been to... and I've seen some goodies... (like Ray Lamontagne last year... whoa... if you ever get a chance to see him... GO!) Anyway, I'm a total music junkie... I think I'm nearing 10,000 songs on my itunes/ipod. It's a total addiction... BUT, I am VERY VERY picky about who I go see in concert.

First because, have you seen the price of tickets???
$$$$$$ Goodness gracious!

Secondly, the tickets I can afford are usually where nose bleeds occur... so I might as well just wait for a concert on TV... it's a lot cheaper and you can actually SEE the performer.

BUT, there is some artists that create the 'perfect storm' 

1. Small Venue
2. Decent Priced Tickets
3. Amazing Artist

Adele created that perfect storm last night. WOW. 

Anyway... here's a little picture of Jacob and I waiting for Adele to come...

Yippee for three years of marriage and seeing Adele!

ANYWAY! 

Enough about me already! 

Oh my goodness, you just wait till you see what Savannah did!

Scootin' By Wednesday! (Plus a coupon reminder from yesterday)

Wednesday? Already!

August is flying by... or maybe should I say, Scootin By? :)

Kids are getting back to school... fall is around the corner... cool weather and shorter days... sigh, I just can't wait. 

I mean, I love summer with the best of them... but, football comes around and fall scented candles fill the shelves and I'm wishing away the summer. 

Ever catch yourself wishing for another season to come and then at the same time 'wonder where the time has gone'? 

Anyway, today I have a really inspirational card by our coordinator extraordinaire..   (who has not only been creating amazing cards but has been juggling sick kiddies.... we're so thankful for all she does! )

I love the 'scene'... thanks for sharing Kryssi! 

I also really like using the 'Scootin By' set for just the sentiments... like I did here with a friends birthday gift. 

This was all made of rolled up paper... and the 'bow' was made of paper as well (except for the brown)

What you don't see here was the inspiration behind the gift... 

My bff and I recently attended a birthday party for a mutual friend (whom just had a baby) and we decided to merge gifts. The inspiration behind the wrapping was a Lamaze toy that my bff bought to place on top of the box.

It has lots of great texture and color... I wanted to match the style of the worm with the card...by adding different textures and patterns. But, keeping with the same color scheme.

An Apple a Day... Monday!

Whew, that weekend sure passed us by pretty fast!

She made this card using 'The Core of it' Set

Here is Geny's card .... 

I love the way she used the smaller apple and just masked out the words.

I also really like how she created a little border on the side with the sentiment... if you look closely you'll see the apple slices making a cute little border!

I also like the sentiment! The 'Scootin By' set is so versatile... you can use 

the sentiments for so many different cards...
